Registration Deadline: 22 April, 2024. Please fill in the right form to register.
Please note:
- The registration fee is required to attend the conference. The amount of registration fee has not been determined yet (Expected to be
up to 40,000 JPYabout 20,000 JPY which includes conference banquet, excursion, drinks at the venue, etc.). Discounts will be offered to students and the fee is about 10,000 JPY. The payment methods of the registration fee will beannounced lateronly in Japanese yen in cash. You can withdraw Japanese currency from ATM machines with your credit card. Location of ATMs around the venue can be checked in Google Maps. You can also find the ways to get the Japanese currency in Japan here. - There is a conference welcome drink. The charge is included in the registration fee. The welcome party is planned inside the campus. Bottles of drink and light meals will be served.
- There is a conference banquet. The banquet is planned outside of the venue. A diverse menu catering to various preferences, including vegetarian options, will be available. Please answer your dietary request in the registration form.
- There is a conference excursion. The organizers plan a half-day bus tour of Kagoshima city. Please answer your interest in the registration form. You can change your answer anytime until the close of the registration.
Note that although the conference venue has a sufficient capacity of 270 people, we may close the registration before the deadline if the registration exceeds this limit. If this is the case, we adopt the first-come-first-served basis.
